Cheese making course for beginners

Cheese is an everyday product. Everyone loves it, children and adults. But have you ever thought about its production? Find it out thanks to this course!


Do you love cheese and want to discover how it is made?

Farm Torresan is at your disposal to explain the basics and the steps to make primo sale (a not yet mature pecorino cheese) and middle matured cheese to you.

In the three hours course you are going to learn the steps to make the cheese and you can make it yourself too!

At the end of the course you can take your homemade cheese with you as a gift.

The farm Torresan is in Caravate, about 8 km from Laveno Mombello.

Inside the farm you can find a raw milk vending machine that is open 24h a day and a shop that sells only homemade cheese and ice cream.



Minimum participants: 5

The price does not include: Lunch; Anything else not mentioned in the note “The price includes”;

Possible additional services: Afternoon snack at the farm; Bicycle “Bianchi” rental.
